How It Began
It started in a small greenhouse at the bottom of my garden. I began growing different varieties of chillies purely for fun, fascinated by the incredible range of flavours and heat levels they could produce. What began as a personal hobby soon turned into something much bigger.
Before long, I was experimenting with turning my home grown chillies into sauces, oils, and other products. Friends and family kept asking for more, and I realised I had something special.
The Process
Everything we make starts with the highest quality ingredients. I grow many of the chillies myself in my small greenhouse, while also working closely with trusted local growers and suppliers across Norfolk to source the very best produce.
Each batch is handmade in small quantities. I carefully blend, ferment, and infuse the ingredients by hand, paying close attention to every detail. There are no shortcuts, every product is crafted with patience and precision.
Once a batch is ready, it goes through rounds of tasting with friends and family. Their honest feedback helps me refine the recipes until they’re just right, balancing flavour, heat, and that unmistakable Norfolk character.
